Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd (CCDG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Welsh Government. We provide an essential, all-age, independent, impartial and bilingual careers guidance and coaching services in Wales, including the Working Wales programme.

Salary: £44,367 - £47,583 (starting salary is £44,367)

Contract Type: Permanent

Base: Will be determined on appointment (will be one of our Careers centres which are in each local authority area in Wales).

Hours of Work: Full time (37 hours a week)

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help improve services that support the wellbeing and future opportunities of people across Wales. Working with colleagues from across the organisation, you'll use insight, evidence and analysis to understand complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and shape practical solutions that support both organisational priorities and user needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our transformation agenda, leading analysis across services, systems and ways of working. You'll work closely with senior leaders, operational teams and digital specialists to improve services, influence decision-making and deliver inclusive, person-centred and bilingual solutions that create better outcomes for customers and the organisation.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree or have equivalent professional experience in business analysis, digital delivery, service improvement, organisational change or a related discipline. They will also be able to evidence continuing professional development in business analyst methods and practice. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
