We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent multi-franchise approved car dealer group in Cardiff for the position of Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Manager role is a vital leadership position within the company, responsible for shaping and executing the dealership’s marketing strategy across both online and offline channels.
- Salary of £40,000 plus bonuses, with an OTE of £48,000
- Working hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday - 30 days annual holiday entitlement, increasing up to 33 days with length of service

- Lead and motivate a team of three Marketing Executives
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Manage outsourced creative and marketing agencies
- Oversee website advertising initiatives and campaigns
- Organise quarterly product and event marketing campaigns
- Analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics
- Plan and execute SEO and PPC search advertising campaigns to enhance online visibility
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and optimise strategies accordinglyMaintain consistent brand messaging and ensure alignment with the company's objectives
- Requirements of a Marketing Manager:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the automotive industry or a similar sector
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaigns
- Relevant marketing qualification or degree is highly advantageous but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver projects to deadlines
- Good IT literacy and effective communication skills
- Creative and innovative approach to developing marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A UK driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential
