Housing Options (Homelessness) Officer Grade F: £30,024- £33,699 per annum (pay award pending). Permanent – 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Assess housing and support needs for applicants who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
- Work with a wide range of partner agencies to find solutions to address the support and housing needs of applicants.
- Work with applicants and partners to agree personalised housing plans.
- Make statutory decisions regarding homelessness in accordance with current legislation.
- Take proactive steps to reduce rough sleeping and prevent homelessness.
- Manage waiting list and nomination agreements with registered providers.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Basic DBS disclosure required.
