About the Role
As Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager and play a key role in leading the clinical team and maintaining high standards of care.
- Leading and motivating a team of nursing and care staff
- Ensuring residents’ medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met
- Driving quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory standards
- Supporting and supervising staff with care planning and risk assessments
- Promoting best practice and high standards across the service
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- A valid NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- A minimum of 3 years post-registration experience
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of best practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, positive, and team-focused approach
- Confidence with digital systems and care documentation
