Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, Live Chat, and SMS.
  • Booking, amending, and managing customer appointments efficiently.
  • Making proactive outbound calls to optimise appointment schedules and promote relevant offers.
  • Accurately updating customer records and interactions within the CRM system.
  • Delivering a consistently professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in busy or challenging situations.
  • Strong telephone manner, including handling sensitive or complaint-based calls.
  • Empathy and patience, particularly when supporting customers with communication difficulties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern.

This is a temporary position for approx. 2 months initially, offering full-time hours on a 4-week rotating shift pattern, including 1 Saturday a month. You’ll be based in modern, accessible offices in Llandudno, starting on an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour + benefits of weekly pay and holiday accrual.
