The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Counterbalance FLT) on behalf of a well-established company based in Caldicot. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive warehouse team.
The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing orders accurately to meet customer requirements
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Goods in duties, including checking, booking in, and inspecting stock
- Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and proactive approach to work

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
