Senior Support Worker based in Buxton, Derby. Lead and support children in a specialist residential home with an onsite education facility and adventure‑based curriculum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide therapeutic care, education, and support to children with complex needs.

- Record events, observations, and progress reports and implement care plans.
