An exciting opportunity has arisen to join award-winning Derbyshire Catering Service. Are you passionate about food and enjoy working as part of a team? We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to work as a valued member of our dedicated kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen supervisor in all areas of the service.
- Prepare food, cook, perform portion control and ensure allergen compliance.
- Prepare the dining room for service.
- Serve meals to customers and ensure food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed.
- Maintain an appropriate attitude in the school environment.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of the NVQ food hygiene certificate will be required upon appointment.
