Overview

At Novus Property Solutions, we’re proud of our long history of developing apprentices and early careers talent. This year, we’re excited to offer a new role within our Head Office team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Business Services Support Apprentice, you’ll gain a structured introduction to our People Services (HR), IT, Social Value and Customer Service teams—building your understanding of how these functions support our operational teams and contribute to the overall success of Novus.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Business knowledge and understanding – learn our current processes and support continuous improvement across the service function.
  • Customer journey – understand and evaluate the journey for our customers, identify challenges, and suggest improvements to support customer excellence and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management – build relationships with cross‑functional teams and colleagues, including participating in meetings.
  • Teamwork – work closely with experienced colleagues across Business Services, gaining practical knowledge in a collaborative team environment.
  • Technology – learn how to use our systems and technology tools to ensure the end‑user experience is positive.

Benefits

  • Starting pay of £8.00 per hour (with annual increases)
  • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (including day release)

Qualifications

Ideally, you will have:

  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4–9 / A*–C), A Levels or a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), and basic IT skills (including Microsoft Excel).
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • A keen desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Please note: This apprenticeship is not suitable for candidates who already hold (or are studying towards) a Level 3 in Customer Service.
