Mid Powys School Business Manager Ysgol Calon Cymru

One-year Fixed-Term Contract
We are seeking to appoint an exceptional School Business Manager to play a central role in our School Leadership Team. We welcome applicants who are well qualified, ambitious and passionate for school improvement.
As the School’s Business Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and other senior colleagues to ensure the strategic vision of the school is achievable and sustainable. The school’s Business Manager oversees all aspects of Finance, HR and Site Management and takes a lead role in Health and Safety.
The successful candidate will have significant experience at a senior level and be able to organise, lead and motivate staff: an excellent communicator, forward-thinker and creative leader, who is able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills allied with a drive to help the school develop and improve.
Ysgol Calon Cymru is an 11-18 school serving a wide rural catchment area, located on two campuses, with an active sixth form. Ysgol Calon Cymru benefits from a hardworking, well qualified and dedicated team of teachers and associate staff.
