We supply temporary and permanent workforce solutions to businesses across the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and the M5 corridor including Bristol Avon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business within logistics, industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
  • Sell temporary staffing, contract labour, and recruitment solutions to B2B clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across the West Midlands and M5 corridor.
  • Conduct outbound sales activity including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Identify workforce requirements and match clients with recruitment solutions.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment delivery teams.
  • Manage key accounts and grow revenue per client.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, recruitment sales, or B2B sales.
  • Strong track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
  • Experience within logistics, industrial, warehousing, or commercial recruitment (highly desirable).
  • Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and commercially focused.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
