Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving queries effectively.

- Assisting with stock management and overseeing deliveries.
- Acting as a keyholder and taking responsibility for the store in the absence of management (including store openings and closings).
