About the Role: As a Play Leader, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for our pupils outside of regular school hours. You will lead a variety of engaging activities that reflect our ethos of nurturing confident, creative learners and supporting every child’s wellbeing and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering fun, inclusive activities that promote creativity, cooperation, and confidence.
  • Supervising children to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and modelling respectful relationships.
  • Preparing and serving healthy snacks.
  • Upholding safeguarding policies and maintaining accurate records.
What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children in a play work, childcare, or educational setting is desirable.

Hours: Before School Club: 07:15 - 08:45 After School Club: 15:15 - 17:30 Competitive hourly rate: depending on experience and qualifications. The days and sessions to be worked can be flexible.
