- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
- Working across cloud-based accounting systems including Xero and Sage.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role offers a mix of office, home and client-site working, providing variety and exposure to a broad range of businesses and industries.

- Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with non-finance stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to translate financial information into practical business advice.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client priorities.
- Experience using Xero, Sage or similar cloud-based accounting systems.
- A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.
What you'll get in return:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- Flexible hybrid working arrangements (a mixture of office, home working and client site).
- The opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients.
- Exposure to a diverse range of growing SME businesses.
- A genuine opportunity to influence business performance and client success.
