We are currently seeking an experienced and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work in a welcoming primary school in Bury.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teaching and learning across the school
- Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to support progress
- Assisting with planning, preparation and assessment where required
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
- Holds HLTA status or has significant experience working at HLTA level
- Is confident leading a class when required
- Has experience working in a primary school setting
- Is proactive, reliable and a strong team player
