We are seeking reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support the Lead Invigilator and Examinations Officer in ensuring the smooth and secure running of examinations. You will prepare exam rooms, admit candidates efficiently, and distribute and collect papers and materials. During exams, you will supervise candidates quietly and unobtrusively, respond to permitted queries, provide additional materials when required, and ensure all regulations are strictly followed. The role also involves managing minor behaviour issues in line with school policy, reporting any breaches of exam rules immediately, and escorting students who need to leave the room. After each exam, you will help tidy the room, restock equipment, and organise completed papers. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people is essential. This role will be recruited on a rolling recruitment basis, so please apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be given.
