This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside an experienced Home Manager, lead a dedicated clinical team, and help shape a new service from the ground up. The successful candidate will have previous nursing leadership experience and a passion for delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care to adults with complex needs.
About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the service, providing clinical leadership and ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and clinical governance are maintained. You will be responsible for:
- Leading, supporting and developing nursing and care teams
- Promoting high-quality, person-centred care
- Overseeing care planning and risk assessments
- Managing clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring and improving clinical performance and outcomes
- Supporting staff development, supervision and training
- Working closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring residents' physical, emotional and safeguarding needs are met
About the Service
This purpose‑built service provides specialist nursing care for adults living with complex needs, including:
- Mental health conditions
- Learning disabilities
- Dementia
- Brain injuries
- Neuro-disabilities
- Physical disabilities

Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification
- Active NMC registration and valid PIN
- Minimum 3 years' post‑registration experience
- Previous management, deputy manager, clinical lead or senior nurse experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
- Experience of care planning, clinical governance and risk management
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
