Your role will include:
- Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleague to ensure residents live in a safe and well‑maintained environment at all times.
- Ensuring that regular safety checks and servicing is carried out on all equipment and that accurate records are kept.
- Providing basic plumbing and electrical maintenance.
- Clearing and cleaning general areas.
- Assembling furniture.
- Painting and decorating.
- Performing on‑call duties as required.
- Maintaining excellent communication with the Home Manager, residents, colleagues and visitors.
