Administrative Assistant in the Paramedic Emergency Service team based at the Bury Ambulance Station. This role supports the leadership teams and the clinical teams delivering the 999 service to communities across Greater Manchester and the North West.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the Group Manager, the Sector Manager and their teams, enabling them to deliver the best possible service.
- Work from the allocated ambulance station and be expected to support at locations across the region.
- Support the leadership teams in their roles, facilitating smooth operation of the emergency service.
Qualifications
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator and adept at using Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to learn bespoke software systems quickly.
