An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a family‑run Independent Garage, located in Bury St Edmunds. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties
- Conducting Servicing/Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- Adhering to both Manufacturer & Health & Safety Guidelines
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults
- MOT Testing
- Documenting information about Servicing & Repairing – ensuring it meets company policies
Requirements
- Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 Qualification, or equivalent
- Dedicated and committed approach
- Prior working experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work
- You should have your own tools
- Full UK Driving Licence
The salary of this role is up to £42,000 basic with OTE of £44,000. Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm, with 1-in-4 Saturday mornings.
