Time Recruitment is working with a leading commercial property organisation to recruit a confident, outgoing Building Host for a modern multi‑occupancy office development in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the welcoming face of a building, building strong relationships with clients, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. You’ll take ownership of front‑of‑house duties, support client engagement activities, and help ensure the building runs smoothly day‑to‑day. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone with hospitality, hosting, or front‑of‑house experience looking to step into a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the main reception area and act as the first point of contact for visitors and staff
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients, guests, and new occupiers
- Build strong relationships with businesses across the site through regular communication
- Support the delivery of engagement activities such as pop‑up events, wellness sessions, and community initiatives
- Assist with the daily operation of on‑site meeting rooms, including guest welcome and room preparation
- Carry out daily checks to ensure communal areas meet high presentation standards
- Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding maintenance issues and purchase order logging
- Oversee on‑site refreshment areas, ensuring they are prepared each morning and closed down each evening
- Check and maintain additional on‑site amenities such as fitness or wellness spaces
- Attend team meetings and communicate with senior leadership when required
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
