Job Summary
Food Service Assistant – Deeside. Salary £13.45 per hour. 12 hours weekly over 3 days (no weekends). Additional hours to cover holidays/sickness.

Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
- Provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point of their customer journey.
- Answer questions and address any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
Qualifications:
- A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
- Enjoy working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
- Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus.
