Job Summary

Food Service Assistant – Deeside. Salary £13.45 per hour. 12 hours weekly over 3 days (no weekends). Additional hours to cover holidays/sickness.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently addressed.
  • Provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point of their customer journey.
  • Answer questions and address any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth flow of operations and contribute to an inclusive and safe working environment.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Qualifications:

  • A contagious passion for food and/or customer service.
