As we head into the summer term, we’re welcoming a caring Level 3 Early Years Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, well‑established Shooting Stars Bromsgrove team this summer. Suitable for both experienced practitioners and newly qualified Level 3s, the role offers strong leadership, a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow your practice at your own pace. What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Confidence delivering the EYFS, including inclusive practice and SEND support
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • A positive, proactive team player with a genuine passion for early years

Your Role

  • Act as a Key Person, building strong and nurturing relationships
  • Plan and deliver engaging, child‑led learning experiences
  • Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
  • Build positive partnerships with parents and carers
  • Support consistent, high‑quality practice and Ofsted standards
