Early Years Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Shooting Stars Nursery Bromsgrove (B61 0AE) – £14.10 per hour. Full-time (40 hours) with part-time options. All positions are all-year-round. Bank holidays off.
About You
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience within a nursery or early years environment (preferred but not essential).
- Confident working within the EYFS framework.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practice, including supporting children with additional needs.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Key Person for a group of children.
- Plan and provide engaging, child-centred learning opportunities.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop positive partnerships with parents and carers.
- Support high standards of care, learning and Ofsted expectations across the nursery.
