Job Overview
Next Steps is a day centre supporting young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. As Team Leader, you will oversee day‑to‑day operations, support staff and people supported, and participate in the on‑call rota.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day running of the service.
- Support staff team and the people supported.
- Attend the on‑call rota for the service.
- Assist with and facilitate activities such as arts & crafts, sport, fitness, wellbeing, gardening and horticulture.
- Receive additional pay of £10 per session.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, or willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities is desirable.
