As we expand our production capacity we are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers and Moulding Specialists (Injection & Blow Moulding) to join our small and dynamic team. Available Roles & Core Responsibilities
- Mechanical Engineers: You will be the backbone of our equipment reliability and automation systems reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects to increase line efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Manage capital expenditure (CapEx) projects from concept validation through to commissioning.
- Injection & Blow Moulding Engineers: You will own the plastics manufacturing process, ensuring our tooling and moulding parameters deliver flawless precision. Set up, program, and optimize technical parameters for injection and/or blow moulding machinery such as Arburg, Fanuc and Sepro. Lead new product introductions (NPI) by trialing new tooling, troubleshooting defects (warpage, flashing, sink marks), and sign-off on production. Optimize cycle times and material usage while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Perform tool trials, modifications, and collaborate with toolmakers on design improvements.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Polymer Science, or a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent hands‑on industry experience/apprenticeship).
- For Mechanical Roles: 3 years of experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment, with strong root‑cause analysis skills.
- For Moulding Roles: Proven expertise specifically in injection moulding or extrusion blow moulding, or strong knowledge of polymer behaviour is highly desired.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with automated robotics (e.g., 6-axis or Cartesian robots used in part extraction) is a major plus.

- A collaborative mindset—you will be working closely with tooling, quality, and production teams.
