Work Hours

  • Base hours: 42 per week, Monday to Friday 7:30am‑5:00pm, every other Saturday 8:00am‑12:00noon; yearly stocktake weekend

Responsibilities

  • Serving customers with general building products
  • Order picking for deliveries
  • Loading and unloading vehicles
  • Stock control, waste management, and yard security
  • Yard housekeeping and organisation
  • Picking orders and loading company vehicles ready for delivery
  • Working with other branch staff to proactively create a safe working environment
  • Moving and arranging stock manually and using mechanical lifting equipment
  • Rotating stock and assisting with yard merchandising

Qualifications

  • Good customer service skills
  • Counterbalance forklift licence desirable
