Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with systems that support staff safety and security? We're looking for a proactive and personable Uniform and ID Coordinator to join our Facilities team! In this role, you'll play a key part in managing the Trust's ID badge and access control systems, ensuring staff have the correct identification and secure access to buildings and systems. As the first point of contact for ID and access‑related queries, you'll produce ID cards and fobs, maintain accurate system data, and help resolve access issues efficiently – supporting the safe and secure running of our hospitals. Alongside this, you'll also support the delivery of the Trust's uniform service, helping staff feel prepared and professional in their roles. You will deliver consistently high customer service in a busy environment where priorities can shift quickly. This is a full‑time, Monday‑Friday position (37.5 hours per week, on site). We can offer some flexibility around start and finish times. You will have a varied day to day, but your main tasks will be:

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for ID badge and access control queries across the Trust
  • Produce ID cards, fobs and manage access permissions to ensure staff have the right level of access
  • Investigate and resolve access issues, working with internal teams and software contractors
  • Monitor stock levels for ID materials and support the smooth running of the service
  • Provide support to the uniform service, including processing requests and assisting staff
  • Manage inboxes, prioritise requests and ensure timely, accurate response
