About this job:

Looking for a carer to support a young adult to attend their day care placement. This will include driving them to and from day care in a mobility car. The young adult is a full-time wheelchair user but operates their electric chair independently. Will need assistance with PEG feeding a blended diet and personal care. Experience of PEG feeding and epilepsy is preferred; however, training can be provided. Transfers will use a standing aid.
