You will ideally bring: A RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification Chartered status, or strong post-qualification experience at senior level Strong technical knowledge across project-led and professional Building Surveying services Confidence managing clients, workloads, programmes and competing priorities Commercial awareness, including bids, profitability and business development Experience producing specifications, feasibility studies, asset reviews and client requirements Good understanding of Health and Safety, statutory compliance and quality-led delivery Exposure to Dilapidations, Party Wall, Fire Risk or Access Assessments would be useful Strong document production skills, with AutoCAD, NBS or Revit experience an advantage What's on Offer?

The main draw is the balance: national consultancy backing, high-quality project exposure and a growing Bristol team where your contribution should still be visible.

It offers the scale and career infrastructure of a global business, with the chance to play a meaningful role locally.

The package includes: Β£55,000 to Β£65,000 per annum Hybrid working and flexible holiday allowances Tailored health, wellbeing, financial and lifestyle benefits Ongoing training and professional development Progression within a forward-thinking global consultancy The chance to mentor others, build client relationships and strengthen your profile in the Bristol market Ready?

If you are doing good work where you are, but feel the next move needs to offer more variety, stronger client exposure and a clearer route forward, this is worth a conversation.

The role gives you the backing of a major multidisciplinary consultancy, interesting public and private sector work, and a growing Bristol team where a Senior Building Surveyor can have genuine influence.
