We are seeking a well‑organised and adaptable Senior Administrator to join our Diagnostic Medical Physics department within the Diagnostics & Therapies Division. This is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. This is a key administrative role supporting a specialist scientific service that ensures the safe use of imaging equipment across UHBW and for external customers. The department also contributes to teaching, training and research. You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive group of colleagues who are committed to delivering high‑quality work, even under pressure.

Tasks include:

  • Supporting meetings, diary management, and departmental communications
  • Updating the Health Roster and supporting the maintenance of the department Risk Register
  • Assisting with procurement, quotations, and invoicing
  • Helping develop and maintain filing systems and standard operating procedures
  • Supporting the department’s Quality Management System as a Q‑Pulse super‑user
