Role Overview- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation.
- Support classroom routines, transitions and small‑group work.
- Previous SEN experience is essential.
- Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills.
- Level 2/3 TA qualification advantageous.
- Driving licence beneficial.
