Role Overview
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies, encourage engagement, confidence and emotional regulation.

Candidate Profile
- Previous SEN experience is essential.
- Calm, patient and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
- Level 2/3 TA qualification advantageous.
- Driving licence beneficial.
- SEN training highly valued, including: Understanding Autism, ADHD Awareness, Team Teach / De-escalation Training, Trauma-Informed Practice, BSL or communication-based training, Makaton (highly desirable).
