Road Freight Coordinator – mandatory role in triply integrated logistics and freight forwarding environment.
Based in Bristol (BS35 Severn Beach), working 09:00am to 17:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Track and maintain the smooth running of freight processes.
- Perform accurate data entry of freight information.
- Manage client and vendor invoicing.
- Update clients on delivery status and build rapport.
- Support the team using Microsoft programs and adapt quickly to new packages.
Qualifications
- Administrative background with proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Experience in logistics, export, freight or transport administration.
- CRM system experience is beneficial; full training will be provided.
