About this job

Our Adult Therapies Return to Practice programme supports clinicians with previous experience as Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietitians, or Speech & Language Therapists to return to practice, refresh skills, and reinstate HCPC registration.

The programme is unpaid and will not guarantee a role offer at the end; eligible candidates may be offered bank positions.

  • Those who have completed a UK HCPC approved programme and have never been registered or practised.
  • Registrants who remained on the HCPC register for more than two years after qualifying but have not practised and consider themselves out of practice.
  • Not open to internationally qualified clinicians who already have HCPC registration.

Responsibilities

  • Complete trust induction and contracted hours.
  • Participate in clinical practice across varied settings.
  • Engage in formal development opportunities, clinical supervision, and support to complete HCPC re‑registration application.
