Part‑time Retail Team Leader (20 hours per week) – Shirehampton, Bristol, BS11 0DJ.

Contract type: Permanent.

Pay: up to £13 per hour (inclusive of enhancement when performing management duties).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support your team to hit store targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
  • Keep shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
  • Assist with stock deliveries and back‑room organisation.
  • Act as keyholder – opening and closing the store when required.
  • Work side‑by‑side with your team, creating a positive, productive store environment.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, confident and ready to lead by example.
  • Strong work ethic, thriving in a fast‑moving setting.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory, team‑leader or key‑holder role in retail or hospitality.
