Responsibilities
- Lead and support your team to hit store targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
- Keep shelves full, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Assist with stock deliveries and back‑room organisation.
- Act as keyholder – opening and closing the store when required.
- Work side‑by‑side with your team, creating a positive, productive store environment.
Qualifications
- Friendly, confident and ready to lead by example.
