We are seeking a professional and proactive Receptionist & Facilities Support to join a busy and dynamic workplace in Bristol. This role is key to ensuring a smooth front‑of‑house experience while supporting day‑to‑day facilities operations. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and play an important role in maintaining a welcoming, organised, and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and friendly front‑of‑house reception service, welcoming visitors and managing enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently.
- Support day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring the workplace is well‑maintained and organised.
- Assist with meeting‑room bookings, set‑up, and coordination.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier services.
