The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

We are seeking a Personal Assistant / Carer to complete our team of 3 carers providing exceptional care to a young man. You will help support him with various care needs, ensuring his well-being and comfort in the family home.

About the individual:

  • A cheeky sense of humour
  • Non verbal but does let you know what he does and doesn't want
  • He has autism and well-controlled epilepsy.
  • He enjoys going out for walks and other activities.

Duties:

  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Engage in social activities and community outings
  • Administer medication
  • Minimal paperwork
  • Work with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  • Experience in home care or similar caregiving roles
  • Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs
  • Valid driver's licence is a plus but not essential

Benefits and Hours:

  • Hours are 6-hour shifts, 8 am-2 pm and 2 pm-8 pm
