Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for new staff? Do you thrive in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same? If you love working with people and have a knack for organization, we want you on our team. We are currently recruiting for a Coordinator on a full-time basis. This role will be based trust-wide and you will be required to visit all of our hospitals. This is a Monday / Friday role, with one Saturday a month. When you work a Saturday you will get a day off in the week.
Your main tasks will include:
- Organize and facilitate local induction sessions, arrange IT access, book meeting rooms and welcome new starters with senior leaders.
- Conduct exit interviews, gather feedback and help shape a better work environment.
- Maintain training records, support compliance with mandatory training and assist with recruitment and administration tasks.
- Work closely with managers to enhance employee experiences across our hospitals.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service experience, including handling queries, complaints and sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a customer-service focus, often with constant interruptions by telephone, urgent emails or in person.
- Flexible approach to work – willing to work some evenings and weekends.
