The role:
You will join a large and growing organisation, working in a friendly, supportive environment where you will quickly become an integral and valuable part of our Pensions Administration team; a team that really value the quality of work they do for our clients. Key responsibilities:
- Completing calculations in relation to member benefit entitlements
- Responding to queries from various stakeholders
- Preparing and collating information as requested
About you:
- Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third-party administrator or in-house occupational pension scheme
- Experience working with DB and/or DC Pension Schemes
- Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Numeracy skills and strong attention to detail
- Solutions driven individuals with a focus on continuous improvement
- Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
