Location: Avonmouth

Hours: Mon‑Fri, 37.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for route allocation of 30‑40 multi‑drop vehicles.
  • Plan and allocate deliveries and collections with 3rd‑party transport providers.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers, drivers, suppliers and other DSV hubs.
  • Produce monthly financial and service reports and KPI results.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and internal colleagues to provide the best service.
  • Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a planner with multi‑drop experience.
  • Excellent understanding of domestic HGV driving legislation, load capacities, driver hours and transport regulations.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of the area.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task under pressure and problem‑solve.
  • Experience working with departmental KPIs such as CPVD (Cons per vehicle day).
