They are responsible for assessing patient needs, planning and delivering care, administering treatments, and ensuring patient safety and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans

- Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and support Healthcare Assistants and junior staff
- Act as a role model and uphold professional conduct
- Participate in training and mentoring where required
- Training & Development
- Maintain a valid NMC PIN and comply with revalidation requirements

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (UK)
- Degree or diploma in Nursing
