- Deliver ward‑based medicines optimisation for cancer patients (inpatients, outpatients & day cases).
- Carry out medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and medicine supply.
- Identify and resolve medication‑related issues within the multi‑disciplinary team.
- Provide a high‑standard ward‑based dispensing and counselling service.
- Support the dispensary team with accurate dispensing, accuracy checking, and preparation of medicines (including controlled drugs).
- Help shape and develop patient‑focused pharmacy services within cancer care.
