A vacancy at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust for a Registered Pharmacy Technician (or very close to registration) to join the Bristol Haematology & Oncology Centre (BHOC) supporting cancer patients.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver ward‑based medicines optimisation for cancer patients (inpatients, outpatients & day cases).
  • Carry out medicines reconciliation, patient counselling, and medicine supply.
  • Identify and resolve medication‑related issues within the multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Provide a high‑standard ward‑based dispensing and counselling service.
  • Support the dispensary team with accurate dispensing, accuracy checking, and preparation of medicines (including controlled drugs).
  • Help shape and develop patient‑focused pharmacy services within cancer care.
