This is a locum appointment for a Consultant in Luminal Gastroenterology and General Internal Medicine at Bristol Royal Infirmary (BRI). The post was created in response to a short‑notice gap and will join a team of 7 Luminal Gastroenterologists and 6 Hepatologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care to patients with complex Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and intestinal failure as part of the regional Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) service.
  • Provide support in the regional Bowel Cancer Screening programme.
  • Collaborate closely with Colorectal, Upper GI, HPB Surgery and the regional Oncology service.
