We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern food manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and food safety are at the heart of everything we do. As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating filling lines and ensuring products are filled, packed, and processed safely and efficiently according to daily production plans. You will play an important role in maintaining food safety, quality standards, and production efficiency while working closely with colleagues across the production team.

  • Operate filling lines safely and efficiently
  • Carry out startup and pre-operation equipment checks
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Filling Cards accurately
  • Ensure products are filled within target times and quality standards
  • Monitor equipment performance and report faults or issues promptly
  • Complete all CCP and production paperwork accurately and on time
  • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Operate Combi Units and Autocoder systems in line with SOPs
  • Maintain full traceability and compliance standards
  • Clean fillers, holding vessels, and equipment using CIP systems
  • Follow hygiene and cleaning procedures to the highest standards
  • Maintain Clean As You Go (CAYGO) standards throughout the shift
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised at all times
  • Communicate effectively with Kitchen Operators and wider production teams
  • Support colleagues and adapt to changing production schedules
  • Attend training and development activities when required
  • Escalate any operational or technical issues quickly and effectively

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous food production or manufacturing experience
  • Food Safety Level 2
  • Health & Safety Level 2
  • Knowledge of production environments and filling lines
