Location – Bristol, 3 days per week in office

Salary – Competitive depending on experience

IPS Group are working with a leading Global insurer to bring in a Financial Lines Underwriter in Bristol. The role will include everything from pricing risks, chasing in new business, and analysing claims data, to implementing bespoke scheme arrangements. This will include:

  • Answering day to day queries from Brokers and ensuring that renewal terms are sent out in accordance with compliance rules and regulations.
  • Developing broker relationships through regular broker visits and collaborating with colleagues in other departments to support growth plans.
  • Providing excellent service to our Customers, collaborating and building a successful relationship with the Regional and wider UK Financial Lines Team.
  • Achieving agreed financial performance targets.
  • Collaborating strongly with other departments to achieve the Company's goals in respect of service delivery.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with Financial Lines Insurance exposure (Professional Indemnity and/or Directors and Officers) looking to take their first steps in Underwriting or to further develop their expertise!
