Amplify Education is a dynamic new multi‑academy trust of 21 schools across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset, formed through the merger of TiLA and CST. This role places you at the centre of a fast‑paced, values‑led organisation, supporting senior leaders, contributing to strategic priorities, and ensuring the trust operates effectively at the highest level.

Responsibilities

  • Reshape diaries to reflect changing priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials and pull together key information.
  • Act as first point of contact for enquiries across the trust.
  • Coordinate and support wider executive leadership meetings.
  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
  • Follow up on actions to keep work moving forward.
  • Respond to urgent or ad‑hoc requests.

About You

You are likely to have gained excellent organisational and interpersonal skills through your career or personal experience. You can prioritise effectively, communicate professionally and confidently with senior stakeholders, and support the senior executive with all aspects of administration and project coordination.
