We are looking for a conscientious, fully qualified Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our dedicated trades team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complete ongoing electrical testing (EICRs) and repairs in occupied residential properties.
  • Check and sign off electrical certification conducted by other electricians, and notify building control of new installations.
  • Ensure installations surrounding kitchens & bathrooms meet quality standards and complete post-inspections.
  • Validate electrical repairs, small works, test & inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation (C&G 2357 or equivalent) or Level 3 in Initial and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (C&G 2391‑52 18th Edition, BS 7671 Wiring Regulations).
  • Experience working within a domestic environment.
  • Comfortable working in occupied residential properties.
  • Flexibility and can-do attitude; ON-CALL rota for emergency out of hours work.
  • Strong customer facing skills – face of the business to customers.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
