We are looking for a skilled Electrical Equipment Engineer to support the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on the integration, coordination, and technical oversight of small power electrical equipment and associated infrastructure.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing supplier interfaces, reviewing technical documentation, and supporting contract execution to ensure project delivery aligns with quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee layout interfaces for small power electrical equipment within infrastructure projects.
- Support the design and delivery of local cable tray systems to the client.
- Provide technical management of suppliers, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Review supplier documentation in line with applicable technical standards, ensuring high-quality and timely feedback.
- Prepare and issue supplier comment sheets using dedicated tools, coordinating input from multiple stakeholders.
- Manage contract modifications through Contract Transfer Sheets (CTS) and communicate updates effectively to the client.
- Address technical issues, non-conformities, and modifications arising from site activities.
- Monitor and report on risks, opportunities, and outstanding technical or contractual points.
- Coordinate interfaces across multidisciplinary teams, including internal engineering and external stakeholders.
- Manage qualification-related interfaces, including coordination with international teams where applicable.
- Track equipment delivery schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical design, layout, or related engineering roles.
- Experience reviewing supplier documentation and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems integration within infrastructure or industrial projects.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and methodical manner.
