In the role you will help children learn, grow and shine through play‑based, child‑led experiences, working alongside a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver high‑quality provision.
About the RoleAs part of our warm and supportive team, you’ll create inspiring learning experiences, building towers, singing songs, exploring outdoors, and supporting children to develop confidence and independence. You will benefit from working alongside an experienced, qualified Early Years Teacher, receiving guidance, shared planning, and opportunities to develop your own practice.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting children’s learning through play‑based, child‑led experiences
- Working collaboratively with a qualified Early Years Teacher to plan and deliver high‑quality learning
- Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing and supporting development in line with the EYFS
- Embracing outdoor learning, messy play, storytelling and imaginative adventures
- Holds a relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
- Has a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Is warm, patient, enthusiastic and creative
- Enjoys working as part of a team and learning from others
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and children’s well‑being
- Work alongside a qualified Early Years Teacher in a supportive, reflective environment
